What is a Consultancy Project?
Much more than a simple academic exercise, the Consultancy Project is designed to simulate authentic professional environments. The students take on the role of real junior consultants.
Guided by their teachers, they:

Everything is designed as in professional life: deadlines to meet, precise specifications, presentations to the client.
This immersion develops technical skills in digital marketing and communication, but also essential qualities such as teamwork, creativity, time management, and the ability to defend one's ideas.
The Project with Crédit Agricole
This year, students from the Master of Science (MSc) in Digital Marketing collaborated with Crédit Agricole Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres on a major challenge for the company: strengthening its position with younger generations.
Working in teams, they began by conducting an audit of the bank's current strategy, studying customer behaviours and the performance of actions already implemented. On this basis, they developed innovative recommendations: optimisation of existing channels, development of a tailored and personalised digital customer journey, design of an effective marketing funnel from discovery to loyalty.
Their work was presented to representatives of Crédit Agricole in the form of complete and applicable deliverables. The company praised the relevance of the proposals and the quality of the analysis, confirming the value of entrusting this type of mission to students already capable of thinking and acting like young professionals.
