Biographie
Dr. Poonam Oberoi une Professeure Associée de Marketing accomplie à Excelia Business School, spécialisée dans la gestion de l'innovation et de la technologie, avec un accent particulier sur le sourcing stratégique. Ses recherches percutantes sont publiées dans des revues internationales de premier plan, notamment M@n@gement, le Journal of Business Research et Information & Management.
Dr. Oberoi contribue activement au discours académique en tant que rédactrice invitée pour Creativity and Innovation Management et rédactrice associée pour le Journal of Asia Business Studies et le Journal of Management and Training for Industries.
Titulaire d'un doctorat en marketing de Grenoble École de Management et ayant été doctorante invitée à la London Business School, elle apporte une perspective globale à son travail chez Excelia, où elle forme les futurs leaders d'entreprise et supervise la recherche des BBA. Ses recherches en cours explorent des domaines tels que le crowdsourcing, l'innovation durable et le marketing genré.
Activement engagée auprès de la communauté académique par le biais de l'American Marketing Association et de la Strategic Management Society, Dr. Oberoi participe à diverses conférences et ateliers.
